1-4-1 4.2 版新增功能

1. PVE 這次在 lxc 真的下了很大的功夫, 以及它已經使用 ubuntu 16.04 的 kernel 為主, 是一個非常好的消息.
2. PVE 4.2 installer 是支援 UEFI Shell 的安裝模式
3. 很多主板如果要使用 NVMe SSD 開機, 那麼它的 boot 模式必須要使用 UEFI only, 必須要 disable legacy boot
4. PVE 4.2 安裝 CD 多了 boot rescue 模式, 但是實際有沒有效就不知道了
